SPIGen is a fully customizable SPI generator package, which can easily adapt to a wide variety of SPI protocol specifications.

It supports the Freescale USB SPI dongle/interface. It can save common SPI commands by name, batches of SPI commands can be sent with one click, take control of nine extra non-SPI pins and much more.
